About Calterix.
Online calculators, simulators and tools that go straight to the answer, in plain English.
What it is
Calterix is a collection of calculators, simulators and tools that answer first and explain after. Every page shows the result as you type, the formula behind it and the source of the numbers.
Principles
- Answer before explanation. The result sits at the top, and the text comes below.
- Nothing leaves your browser. The math runs on your device, with no sign-up.
- Formula and source in view. Anyone who wants to double-check can find the rule and where the data came from.
- Numeric tests. Every calculation is checked against hand-worked examples before it goes live.
Limits
Results are estimates based on public formulas and tables. They do not replace professional medical, legal, tax or financial advice.
